OUR ASSETS

Sole Ownership of Large, Contiguous Landholdings

Over 500,000 mineral acres and over 1,200,000 acres of carbon sequestration rights across Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia and surrounding Gulf Coast areas.

CCUS

Enabling Environmental Sustainability through CCUS

MRP specializes in carbon storage, supporting the safe and permanent storage of captured CO₂ underground within pore space covered by carbon sequestration rights.

CO₂ can also be used for enhanced oil recovery (EOR), a proven industry technique that injects CO₂ into suitable geological formations.

  • Access through underground storage easements
  • Permanent geologic CO₂ storage opportunities
  • Enhanced oil recovery applications
  • Proximity to Gulf Coast emitters and infrastructure

PORE-SPACE ACCESS

Underground Storage Easement for Carbon Storage

Through an underground storage easement, qualified counterparties may seek access to MRP’s carbon sequestration rights for permanent CO₂ storage in suitable underground geological formations.

Reducing Carbon Emissions with EOR

MRP facilitates opportunities to remove CO₂ emissions by injecting and safely storing captured CO₂ permanently within suitable geological formations, including applications associated with enhanced oil recovery.

CCUS PORTFOLIO

CCUS Portfolio: ~3.1 Trillion MT CO₂ Storage

Mineral Resources Partners holds extensive carbon sequestration rights with potential to store more than 440 million metric tons of CO₂ per year from industrial emissions across the Gulf Coast.

  • Large contiguous landholdings with surface and subsurface interests
  • Significant carbon-sequestration rights in Sabine, Jasper, Newton, Hardin and surrounding East Texas counties
  • Within approximately 100 miles of numerous CO₂ emitters and existing or planned infrastructure
  • Favorable geologic qualities intended to minimize leakage risk
